There were delightful and attractive rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds. There were it's own balcony and blinds too.

Fairly clean, fantastic value hotel, the location was great and fab just next door to the train station, the beach, restaurants, and the new and old town sections and the seafront, shops, restaurants. Every staff member was lovely and charming. The room I stayed in was amazingly comfortable and precious with milk, toiletries and bigger beds. The breakfast had a wide range of selection, the food was tasteful! I've had a restful stay on vacation.

Had a thoroughly enjoyable stay here. Great and sensational breakfasts with fresh fruit and new fresh bread, for example, everyone could try something new. The daily service was excellent! Got ironing free of charge, not bad too.

I loved this hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was charming, decorated in french style. I had a balcony and large windows that allowed alot of light in the day and shutters for the evening. There was a lovely sitting area with english magazines, wifi, newspapers and the garden was nice too. Easy to find from the train station and close to the beach. Perfect! I definitely would stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a traditional room on the first two nights it was very small and noisy. Third night we moved to a superior for an extra 15euros and that was much better. The bathroom had small amount of mould in the shower and up the walls which needed cleaning off. Good location but lots of walking to see everything which we like. Close to rrailway station and easy to find.

The staff was very kind and welcoming. The hotel is, indeed, very well located: the beach is about 5 minutes away by foot, and Vieux Nice is maybe 10 minutes at a leisurely pace. I'd say the train station is also within comfortable walking distance. The rooms are small, but nicely decorated and perfectly comfortable. Easily the best of the hotels we stayed at on our trip.
The walls are a little thin. The room adjacent to ours had a family traveling with an infant. Not fun to wake up at 4am because of someone else's crying baby. Luck of the draw, I guess.
